We recognize & respect that you're busy keeping up w/ your day to day vibe, which is why we offer a convenient, safe & secure, 24/7 access scheduling experience, where you're the boss!
Scheduling Info:
-Before securing your appt, please read the description of the service of interest, so you're fully aware of the details & confident in your appt choice
-Just like booking a flight or hotel, a valid debit/credit card is required in order to secure your appt & reserve that time on your stylist's schedule
NO SHOW in our scheduling system, which will result in an AUTOMATIC CHARGE of 40% of the total price for the scheduled service(s). To continue w/ scheduling your appointment, you are confirming that you understand the terms & agree to the Boss Babe Policy.
Cancel/Reschedule Protocol:
-Access your appt info online & cancel or reschedule UP TO 10 hrs prior to your scheduled appt time
-If you experience an emergency or last minute change in your personal schedule & need to cancel WITHIN 10 hrs of your scheduled appt time, please
TEXT your stylist ASAP to let her know
NO REFUNDS:
When you pay for your service, you are paying for your stylist's time, labor, product, reputation & results. With this being said, there are no refunds for any reason.
Your VIP consult insures your understanding of all factors regarding YOUR hair, service & expectations. If there is ever a mistake made by your stylist, it will be addressed and resolved before you leave the salon. If there is a technical issue with your hair, that may have been overlooked prior to leaving the day of your appointment, please contact your stylist immediately!
A personal issue (second thoughts, feedback from fam & friends, you spent over budget, unrealistic expectations, etc.) is not your stylist's fault. If you need an adjustment made to your hair because of a personal issue, no need to feel uncomfortable, please contact your stylist for a new appointment to make any necessary changes. Anything is fixable.
