What is included in the Groupon service?

1.Haircut: 

Trim length, add layers/bangs or trim existing layers/bangs, texturize/debulk ends if needed 

*Additional fees may apply if your request requires more than specified 

2. Deep Condition:

A leave-in treatment will be applied 

3. Style:

Styling products are applied & basic blowout plus hot iron finish if requested.

*Additional fees may apply if the length/density of your hair requires extra time to style

Amount paid never expires:

Your voucher is worth $29 (or whatever amount you paid) towards any service at Glam Studio, anytime.

*Additional fees may apply depending on hair length, texture, and/or density:

If your existing hair condition (length, density,texture,makeover type of haircut) requires more than 70 minutes to complete the services included in the Groupon deal, a price increase up to $15 will be applied to your service and required to be paid at checkout (Standard haircut service is 60 min. Groupon service deal is scheduled 10 min longer to allow time for a consultation)

It is highly recommended to schedule your appointment in advance if you have a specific date or time frame in mind. 

Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies:

Our cancellation policy regarding Groupon- If you don't show up for your appointment & there isn't a cancellation text, email or voicemail from you, then your voucher is considered void. You will be required to leave a deposit in order to schedule any future appointments  

Any fees not to exceed voucher price:

Your deposit will not exceed the amount you paid for your Groupon deal.

Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s). Limit 1 per visit:

You can only purchase up to 2 vouchers. You can only redeem 1 voucher for the promo service at Glam Studio,1 time. After your 1st appointment, you are no longer considered a NEW client, therefore you CAN NOT use anymore Groupon vouchers for any service. This includes but is not limited to, Vouchers with a different purchaser name, even if it was gifted to you

If you purchased 2 vouchers you can gift the other voucher to anyone who has never had a service at Glam Studio. 

Valid only for option purchased:

No substitutions. Can not forgo a service in an attempt to avoid paying any additional fees. 

All goods or services must be used by the same person:

The client will receive ALL services included in Groupon deal in the duration of appointment

Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services:

Glam Studio is responsible to provide the services included in the Groupon deal & honor everything listed above.
