LATE ARRIVAL: If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know asap. Based on your arrival time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to respect the stylist's schedule & other clients scheduled that day. If your stylist is running behind for any reason, you will be contacted with advanced notice.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY: We appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, this allows us ample time to make adjustments to our schedules. WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF $25 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THIS AMOUNT IS APPLIED TO YOUR TOTAL AT CHECKOUT & WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF WE NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION: We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost items or damage to clothing or accessories. Please arrive in appropriate clothing and we ask all jewelry be removed before your service begins.
OUR PRICING: At the time your appointment is booked online, you will receive an email confirmation with the estimated cost for your service. Exact pricing is based on the services performed and the duration of your service. During your consultation, your service provider will recommend services to best suit your needs within your budget and maintenance schedule. Our service menu lists starting prices for each service. Your stylist decides the final amount to be charged.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We gladly accept all Credit cards, Debit Cards, Cash and Payment Apps (Cash App & Venmo)
Occasionally we will run a campaign for promotional exposure to meet new clients who are in search of a new salon or stylist. Check out our blog for more info.
GRATUITY: Customarily, clients tip their service providers between 15-25% of the full service amount. You have the option of using any of our forms of payment options to give your stylist a gratuity.
SERVICES: Our stylists take the time to listen to you and assess what would work best for you regarding your schedule, budget, lifestyle & commitment to maintenance. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your service date to communicate your concerns and schedule a follow up appointment so your stylist can evaluate & make any necessary adjustments. WE DO NOT offer refunds for any service. We can't guarantee our service results if you choose to purchase your after care products elsewhere.
